Director of Sales

Summary:

We are seeking an individual to serve as Director of Sales who can own the sales process and the customer relationships for the entire product portfolio or specific product line of MegaChips Corporation for the Accounts and or regions under the responsibility of MegaChips Technology America. This position may also responsible for managing MegaChips America’s Rep and distribution network.

The position reports to the VP of Sales.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing MegaChips business with the assigned customers
  • Identify new design-win opportunities for MegaChips products especially ASIC business
  • Manage MegaChips’ relationships with new and existing customers at all levels
  • Develop a strong working relationship with customers’ engineering and purchasing personnel
  • Work closely with marketing, business development, and engineering to penetrate new customers and/or find new opportunities at the existing customers for MegaChips products
  • My need to manage MegaChips Reps and distributors’ activities and relationships to support existing businesses and find new opportunities to increase revenue

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in growing revenues responsibly
  • Familiar with Automotive and or networking market and understanding of technology trend
  • Familiar with customers in Automotive and or networking area and know the contact
  • Experience in managing large numbers of customers concurrently
  • Proven experience in managing distribution and Rep sales channels
  • Outstanding negotiation and business management skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Eligible to work in the USA
  • Available to travel domestically and internationally

Experience (minimum years/industry or skill specific, etc.):

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Semiconductor industry
  • Intimate familiarity with the semiconductor industry and its dynamics

Education:

  • MS or BS in CS or EE
